If you request a demo we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, role, type of service, approximate practitioner numbers and your message. We also receive the page you submitted from and your country, derived from your connection. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.
We use these details to reply to you and to arrange and follow up a demo. Your demo request is emailed to our team and kept in our mailbox. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Demo requests are sent by email through a transactional email provider and stored in our business email. Website traffic passes through Cloudflare. Patient and practitioner data handled by services running on Healable is hosted in Australia under those services' own agreements and is never collected through this site.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@healable.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
